Cancellation Policy

💸 Payments Are Non-Refundable / 不可退款 * All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant in your place. 所有付款均不可退还。如果您无法参加此次旅行，您可以指定他人代替您参加。 🐥 Early Bird Offers / 早鸟优惠 * To enjoy the early bird rate, full payment must be made before the assigned date. 早鸟优惠必须在指定日期前支付全额费用。 ✅ Booking Confirmation / 预定确认 * Your spot is only confirmed once full payment is received. 仅在收到全额付款后，我们才会确认您的预订。 🛏 Room Allocation / 房间安排 * Rooms will be arranged by the organizer for the best experience. If you’d like to share a room with a friend, please let us know in advance. 房间将由主办单位安排与分配。如有想与朋友同住的需求，请提前告知。 🚗 Transport Info / 交通费用 * Transport is not included. We will only gather at the designated meeting point. 不包括在内。我们将在集合点统一会合。 🌧 Weather & Force Majeure / 不可抗力事件 * In the event of unexpected weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify parts of the retreat. 若遇不可预见的恶劣天气或其他不可控因素，主办方保留调整活动安排或日期的权利。 💬 Code of Conduct / 行为准则 * Respect and kindness are key to ensuring a positive experience for everyone. Please be mindful of other attendees, and respect the communal nature of the retreat. 尊重与友善是确保每位参与者愉快体验的关键。请注意其他参与者，尊重大家的共同空间。 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Photography and Social Media / 拍照与社交媒体 * By participating in the retreat, you agree to allow the organizer to take photos and videos during the event.
