Deepens Core Activation Balancing and stabilizing with the wheel intensifies core engagement throughout the practice. 3. Improves Flexibility & Range of Motion The wheel assists in stretching tight muscles—especially in the chest, shoulders, and hips. 4. Builds Better Balance & Coordination Dynamic exercises on the wheel train stability, proprioception, and body control. 5. Encourages Proper Alignment With guided support, students develop greater awareness of posture and joint positioning. 6. Adds Variety & Fun A refreshing twist on classical Pilates that keeps students engaged and challenged.
