Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment -Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. -Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds -All bookings are final. -Once a booking has been confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason. -This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or no-shows. 3. Transfers -Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written notice, subject to approval and suitability for the workshop level. 4. Workshop Changes or Cancellations by Organizer -We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances. -In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. 5. Late Arrival -Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. -Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the workshop has begun, for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued in this case. 6. Eligibility & Skill Level -Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the stated skill level and prerequisites for the workshop. -Instructors reserve the right to restrict participation if a participant’s skill level or physical condition poses a safety risk. 7. Health & Safety -Aerial training involves inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk. -All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participation. -Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the workshop. 8. Attire & Equipment -Appropriate aerial attire is required (e.g., form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of knees, armpits, and midriff where applicable). -Jewelry must be removed prior to the workshop. -Use of personal equipment is subject to instructor approval. 9. Conduct -Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants is required at all times. -Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund. 10. Media & Photography -Photos or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. -If you do not wish to appear in promotional media, please notify us prior to the workshop. 11. Acceptance of Policy -By booking a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
